Terms and Conditions

The web site www.timeworld.co.nz is owned and operated by Timeworld NZ Ltd, a New Zealand Registered Company. By using this Site, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any of these terms and conditions, please do not access or use this Site.  www.timeworld.co.nz shall sell, and you shall purchase the Products from this Site in accordance with these Terms and Conditions only. Use of this website acknowledges that you are aware of the contents of these Terms and Conditions. www.timeworld.co.nz reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions at any time without notice. www.timeworld.co.nz reserves the right to reject any order that does not meet its acceptance criteria. The freight is not paid by timeworld as stated in the freight and delivery section.

Payment and Prices

•    Payment can be made by credit card or directly to our bank account. Our bank account details will be forwarded by email on request. The Products will be dispatched on receipt of your cleared credit card funds or on receipt of your payment directly to our bank account.
•    Accepted credit cards are Mastercard and VISA card. All credit card transactions are handled using a Secure Payment Policy
•    Our prices do not include any import fees, duties, tariffs or other any other charges associated with importing the Products to any Country other than New Zealand. Be aware that there maybe extra costs incurred on entry depending on the customs requirement of the country involved. Any additional charges made at point of entry to a country are the purchasers responsibility.
•    If you pay by personal cheque, products will not be dispatched until such time as your cheque has cleared. Allow 5 working days for this to happen.
•    All prices include GST if sold in New Zealand. If purchases are made for delivery outside of New Zealand 12.5% GST may be deductible.
•    Promotions and Comparative Pricing may be included from time to time at the discretion of Timeworld.
•    “Specials” are limited to a period of 28 days in accordance with New Zealand law.
•    “RRP” refers to the manufacturers recommended retail price.

Guarantees

•    All timing devices will be guaranteed for 12 months from date of purchase provided they are returned and there is no evidence of the product having being tampered with. Normal wear and tear excluded eg. Batteries and watchbands.
•    All Watches will be accompanied by their respective manufacturers warranty.
•    www.timeworld.co.nz does not sell counterfeit branded watches.
•    Everything that www.timeworld.co.nz sells to you is guaranteed by the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
•    www.timeworld.co.nz does not provide any express guarantees (as defined in the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993) other than those expressly confirmed by us in writing.
•    Nothing in these Terms and Conditions is intended to have the effect of contracting out of the provisions of the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 except to the extent permitted by that Act.

Return of Products

At Timeworld we want your shopping experience to be a pleasure without any perceived risk by you. We are happy to exchange or refund with 30 days under most conditions;
•    Where you have simply changed your mind, you have 30 days from the date of the product is dispatched to return the products back to us. We will credit your Payment Authority with an amount equal to the cost of the Products excluding our handling fee and all freight costs.
•    We do not accept returns outside of New Zealand. This is because of the costs of customs fees and taxes on re-entry back into NZ.
•    Where the Products are faulty or damaged we will either: (i) replace the Products; or (ii) repair the product under the manufacturers guarantee; (iii) give you a full refund.
•    All Products returned must be returned in their original unused condition, specifications and packaging, along with any accompanying
•    accessories/Guarantees/Instructions together with the invoice and/or packing slip accompanying the Products. All CD ROMs and software must be returned unopened. Products can not be returned if they have been engraved, modified, damaged, altered or materially changed.
•    Wrap the Product securely and return it to us together with the invoice which accompanied the Products to: Private Bag 2, Whitianga
•    Where the Products arrived damaged by the delivery company, immediately contact the delivery company. Within 24 hours stating the nature of the damage (i) Wrap the Product securely and return it to us together with the invoice which accompanied the Products.

Freight & Delivery

•    Within New Zealand Timeworld will use overnight couriers

•    Delivery outside of New Zealand will be charged at those prevailing prices of chosen international couriers.
•    Within New Zealand the courier package will require a signature on delivery. Your signature or that of any agent acting on your behalf will be deemed as the transfer of title.
•    If the site states a specified delivery date, we will endeavour to deliver the products to you by that date. If the delivery date cannot be met, an estimated date of delivery will be emailed to the purchaser. If this delivery date is not suitable to the purchaser then the purchaser has the right to cancel the order by return email upon which any monies will be returned in full. www.timeworld.co.nz can not be made responsible for out of stock situations from their suppliers.
•    Deliveries to Rural areas can take up to an additional 2 working days. Goods ordered on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will only be shipped on the following working day.

The Products

www.timeworld.co.nz reserves the right to delete or add Products or amend promotions at any time without notice. 

Title and Risk
•    Orders are not binding upon www.timeworld.co.nz until received and accepted by www.timeworld.co.nz.
•    www.timeworld.co.nz will not accept any monies until the order has been accepted. www.timeworld.co.nz reserves the right not to accept an order.
•    www.timeworld.co.nz remains the owners of the Products supplied until the purchaser has paid in full all amounts owed for all the Products.
•    Products are at your risk as soon as they have been delivered and signed for.
